PROGRAM OVERVIEW
The Corporate Development Series at Ironstone Farm consists of full-day corporate workshops intended to give corporate teams practical tools
to improve performance.

Designed and conducted in cooperation with the Business Performance Collaborative, the program involves participants in an extensive blend of classroom and outdoor team experiences. Program elements combine large and small group problem solving simulations with plenty of time for facilitated reflection in how to apply these tools at the office. Our aim is to provide participants with a memorable learning experience and the tangible, practical tools to improve and sustain performance back in the work environment.

The program focuses on creating and sustaining high performing corporate teams:

Module 1: Building the Foundation for High Performance
Module 2: Optimizing Your Team’s Resources and Processes
Module 3: Maintaining High Performance in the Face of Change and Conflict

The farm personnel and horses are used as an integral part of the program, giving participants a view into a world where effective teamwork is essential to the advancement of their mission and is vital to successful and efficient management of the farm.
