Challenge Unlimited was created out of the Donovan Family's desire to share the benefits of Ironstone Farm and the use of their horses with a community of people whose lives have been challenged with disability. As the program grew, it relied on the hard work and dedication of volunteers who unselfishly gave of their time and energy in the same spirit of giving begun by the Donovans. Today, Challenge Unlimited relies on the generosity of our extended family to support its continued growth and service to the community. The Ironstone Farm "Spirit of Giving" Award celebrates this generosity.

The award recipients for the 2006 "Spirit of Giving" are:

• To celebrate volunteer services: Frank Forlizzi of Andover, MA
• To celebrate contribution to the community: Drew and Joann Weber, owners of the Lowell Spinners
• To celebrate family support for children with disability: The Doug and Laurie Flutie Family of Natick, MA

Frank Forlizzi, valued volunteer with Challenge Unlimited, for his generous gifts of time, energy, and encouragement.	Drew and Joann Weber, owners of the Lowell Spinners - for bringing families and friends together in the spirit of American sports.	The Doug and Laurie Flutie Family for their legacy of helping others through the Doug Flutie Jr. Foundation for Autism.
